St. Catharines recreation facilities set to open

  • A number of St. Catharines City facilities are set to open as Ontario enters Step 3.
  • The St. Catharines Kiwanis Aquatics Centre will open July 16 but reservations are required.
  • Lakeside Park Carousel will open daily from 11am to 7pm starting July 16 and the Russell Avenue and Port Weller Community Centres will also open July 16.
  • The St. Catharines Museum will open daily from 9am to 4:30pm starting July 17.
  • Morningstar Mill Historic buildings will be open 8am to 4pm on Saturdays, Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays beginning July 17.
  • Preparation has also begun to open two rinks at the Seymour-Hannah Sports and Entertainment Centre.
