Short Bench Sinks IceDogs – The Niagara IceDogs had a difficult weekend losing all three of their games by a combined score of 19-8. The team had a short bench for all three games including dressing only 14 skaters for Sunday’s game in Saginaw. The IceDogs sit in last place in the Eastern Conference with a record of 4-14-4-1.
Falcons Win Light Weekend – The St. Catharines Falcons won their only game of the weekend, defeating Welland 7-0 on Friday at home. The Falcons remain in third place in the Golden Horseshoe Conference, three points back of second place Fort Erie.
