  • Charges For Tree Destruction – The City of St. Catharines has concluded an investigation into the destruction of City-owned trees and plants within the Martindale Pond area. Four individuals, each facing 194 counts for violations of the City’s tree by-law are slated to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice later this month. (City of St. Catharines)
