IceDogs End 2023 With Win – The Niagara IceDogs defeated the Guelph Storm 6-5 in OT on New Year’s Eve. Earlier in the week the IceDogs lost to Owen Sound 10-2 and to Erie 6-3. The IceDogs remain in last place in the Eastern Conference, 11 points out of the final playoff spot. The trade deadline is Jan 10 and the IceDogs are expected to make a few moves before the deadline.
IceDogs This Week – The IceDogs have a light schedule this week with a pair of home games. The IceDogs host Owen Sound Jan 5 and Windsor Jan 7.
GOJHL Back – The GOJHL is back after the Christmas break. The Falcons host Caledonia on Friday before travelling to Hamilton Saturday. The Pelham Panthers travel to Port Colborne on Friday and then will host Fort Erie on Sunday.
