Conditional offer for Walker Family YMCA
- The YMCA of Niagara has signed a conditional offer with a purchaser for the Walker Family YMCA building in St. Catharines.
- This past Monday, St. Catharines city council voted to inform the YMCA that the city is interested in investing in the Walker Family YMCA to keep it open to the public.
- However, because of the signed conditional offer, the YMCA is now unable to discuss any type of partnership with the city.
