Welland Jackfish give up big lead to lose in extra innings
- The Welland Jackfish gave up an 11-6 lead heading into the 9th inning and eventually lost 13-12 to the Hamilton Cardinals.
- The Cardinals scored 5 runs in the bottom of the 9th to tie the game at 11-11.
- In the 10th inning, the Jackfish scored a single run but it wasn’t enough as the Cardinals would score 2 runs for the extra inning win.
- The Jackfish are back in action on Sunday when they travel to Kitchener to take on the Panthers at 2 p.m.
