Niagara Parks Power Station landmark attraction opens Friday
- Beginning on Friday, the historic former hydroelectric power plant in Niagara Falls will open to the public.
- Through repurposed artifacts, interactive exhibits and interpretive installations, guests will learn first-hand how this hydropower pioneer harnessed the power of Niagara Falls to generate electricity.
- The attraction will have daytime guided and self-guided tours daily from July 30 to August 15 and then will be open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays for the remainder of August.
- In September, Niagara Parks will launch a brand-new immersive sight and sound night.
- In the summer of 2022, guests will also have access to the underground infrastructure of the Power Station.
