  • Ontario will have different rules for unvaccinated students this coming school year. Fully immunized students and staff would face minimal interruption from work or school if they come in contact with a “high-risk” carrier of the virus while unvaccinated students and staff would have to isolate for at least 10 days.   • Canada’s border reopening plans could be hindered as the two unions representing more than 8,500 Canada Border Services Agency employees announced this morning that the majority of their members have given them a strike mandate, with strike action possibly beginning as soon as Aug. 6. (CBC News)
