Jackfish drop game in Kitchener – Local Skim St. Catharines

After getting rained out at home on Saturday, the Welland Jackfish travelled to Kitchener on Sunday to take on the Kitchener Panthers.
The Jackfish fell to the Panthers 18-7.
For the Jackfish, Dane Tofteland went 3-for-4 with a home run, three RBIs and three runs.
The Jackfish’s next game is at the Welland Stadium Thursday at 7:30pm against the Panthers once again.
On Tuesday, the Jackfish announced that they have signed right-handed pitcher and five-time IBL Champion, Brett Lawson, who was drafted by the Minnesota Twins in 2001.
