St. Catharines recognized with creative award for its COVID-19 recovery strategy

  • The City of St. Catharines has received an award for its COVID-19 recovery strategy.
  • To adapt to the challenges brought forth by the COVID-19 pandemic, the City developed a strategic plan to ensure that the safety of residents, businesses and employees are kept a priority, while services, programs and operations return to full capacity.
  • Known as the STC Framework for Recovery, this plan introduces ways in which the City will adjust all functions to a post-COVID-19 environment.
  • The plan recently received recognition with a Hermes Creative Award of excellence.
