St. Catharines gives away 500 ‘green’ packs to celebrate Canada Day

  • St. Catharines is planning to celebrate Canada Day by giving out 500 ‘green’ packs at a curbside pickup event on June 26.
  • The Canada Day Green Way packs will include a white spruce seedling or red maple seedling, pollinator plants, sunflower seed bombs, reusable shopping bag, wheat straw sunglasses, wheat straw cutlery set, reusable straw set, colouring books and pencil crayons, shortbread cookies, and small Canada flags.
  • In order to receive a pack at the curbside pickup event, residents must register via an online form beginning Wednesday June 9 at 9 a.m.
