Sports Update
- IceDogs End Losing Streak – The Niagara IceDogs ended a ten game losing streak by defeated the Barrie Colts 3-0 on Sunday. Earlier action this past week saw the IceDogs fall to both Erie and Mississauga. The IceDogs remain in last place in the OHL.
- Falcons Advance – The St. Catharines Falcons advanced to the conference semifinals by defeating the Pelham Panthers four games to one. The Falcons will now take on the Fort Erie Meteors in a best-of-seven series.
- River Lions Sign Two – The Niagara River Lions have announced the return of 6’6 forward, TJ Lall and 6’1 guard, Kimbal Makenzie, both returning to the team for a second consecutive year. (Niagara River Lions)
