- IceDogs Win A Pair – The Niagara IceDogs took 5 out of 6 points on the weekend, losing to Sudbury 4-3 in OT on Thursday before defeating Peterborough 5-4 in OT and North Bay 6-4. The IceDogs remain in last place in the Eastern Conference, 6 points out of a playoff spot.
- Falcons Move Into Second – The St. Catharines Falcons moved into second place in the GOJHL Golden Horseshoe Conference with a pair of wins over the weekend. The Falcons defeated Kitchener-Waterloo 3-1 at home on Friday and then defeated Brantford 5-3 in Brantford on Saturday.
