Jackfish edge Kitchener in extra innings
- The Welland Jackfish scored a run in the top of the 10th to edge the Kitchener Panthers 5-4 Sunday afternoon in Kitchener.
- Dane Tofteland went 2-for-4 with a home run and three RBI’s for the Jackfish.
- Tofteland’s sacrifice fly in the 10th scored Brandon Nicholson for the winning run.
- Nicholson scored twice, while Cole Warken singled and added a solo home run.
