River Lions head into Friday’s semifinal game under quarantine
- The Niagara River Lions have been unable to practice for their Canadian Elite Basketball League semifinal game on Friday in Edmonton after a player on the team tested positive for COVID-19 two days after the River Lions last regular season game.
- The team expects to have all players back by Friday morning, just hours before the team’s 7 p.m. EST tipoff.
- The game can be watched on CBC TV as well as CBC GEM, CBCSports.ca and the CEBL’s own streaming service.
