Canada to partially open border on August 9
- Canada will allow fully vaccinated Americans into the country starting on Aug. 9 for discretionary purposes if they have been vaccinated at least 14 days prior to arrival.
- Fully vaccinated individuals from other countries will be allowed into Canada beginning Sept. 7 for discretionary purposes and only if the domestic COVID-19 situation continues to remain “favourable.”
