  • Detectives with Niagara Regional Police are working with the Ontario Fire Marshal’s Office as they investigate the cause of today’s massive downtown fire. Crews from all six of the city’s fire halls, as well as assistance from Thorold and Pelham fire stations, fought to keep the fire at the the former Welland House Hotel on Ontario Street under control for most of the day.   • Niagara College students living in residence for the Fall 2021 semester must show proof of at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine and have an appointment for a second dose before they will be allowed to move in. (610 CKTB)
  • The COVID-19 vaccination clinic at the Seymour-Hannah Sports and Entertainment Centre in St. Catharines will be closed Wednesday, July 14 because of limited supply of vaccine but is expected to reopen on Thursday. (Niagara this Week)
